Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and portals using PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBi, Dataverse, MS Fabric, Power Pages, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Integrate the solutions with various data sources, such as SQL, Python, VBA, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Test and debug the solutions and ensure they meet the performance, security, and usability standards.
  • Use Prompt Engineering techniques to research for solutions and designing AI Prompt based solutions and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the solutions.
  • Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
  • Provide training and support to end users and clients on the solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of PowerApps solutions, from conception through deployment and support.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBi.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, VBA, Excel, SharePoint and other data manipulation and analysis tools.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering platforms such as Chat GPT/Copilot etc
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure
  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies is a plus.

Shifts:

Should be flexible with shifts. (12 pm to 9 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm)
