Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

A Home Care Caretaker helps people who are elderly, sick, or disabled with their daily activities at home. They provide personal care, companionship, and help with basic tasks to make sure the person is safe and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Assist with using the toilet and mobility
  • Help with meals and feeding if needed
  • Do light room keeping (cleaning, laundry,
  • Remind or help with taking medications
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Go with the person to appointments or shopping (if required)
  • Report any health or safety concerns to family or nurse
  • Monitor vital signs (like blood pressure, temperature)

Requirements:

  • Experience in caregiving (preferred, but not always required)
  • Kind, patient, and reliable
  • Able to follow instructions and routines
  • Physically able to assist with lifting or movement
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety practices
