Tele Calling Executive (Female Only)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers using assigned leads/data for General Insurance products.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain suitable General Insurance policies.
  • Share insurance quotations with customers via call/WhatsApp/email.
  • Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful policy closures.
  • Fix appointments or coordinate with the MIC Centre team when required.
  • Maintain proper call records, follow-up status, and daily reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female candidates only

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

  • Minimum 1 year of tele-calling experience preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication & convincing skills may also apply
  • Prior experience in General Insurance / Financial Services will be an added advantage
  • Good verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi / English (local language preferred)
