Roles mission As a process engineer, responsible for developing and implementing new process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.

  • Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.

  • Plan, organize and lead the activities related to new Process development

  • Standardizing work method and processes for production

  • Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.

  • Performing risk assessments.

  • Skill in Capacity analysis, LCA, Debottlenecking, cost reduction, productivity improvement initiatives

  • Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.

  • Knowledge of development of tools and fixtures as per product requirement

  • Performing optimization tests. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues

  • Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.

  • Reviewing & updating of PFD, PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC & WI as per plan.

  • Manages the work of other methods and instructions applicable to the workplace.

  • Responsible for the proper fulfilment of the other requirements of his superior within the agreed type of work.

  • Passes required information of subsequent innings.

  • Assisting with the training of new employees in the workplace.

  • Is responsible for order and cleanliness in the workplace.
