						A Tandoor Chef de Partie (CDP), also known as a Line Cook, specializes in preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes using Tandoor techniques. Here are some of their key duties and responsibilities:
- Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a range of Indian and Tandoor dishes to high standards.
 - Kitchen Management: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations.
 - Food Safety: Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
 - Menu Planning: Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
 - Inventory Management: Order and manage kitchen supplies and inventory for the section.
 - Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Indian cuisine and Tandoor techniques.
 - Quality Control: Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
 - Communication: Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
 - Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any malfunctions.
 - Collaboration: Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff.
