Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts within the manufacturing sector.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product or service solutions.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing to close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development—preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with manufacturing workflows, supply-chain processes, or industrial customers.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
