Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL language and Visual Studio Code.
  • Develop extensions (V2.0) and event-driven customizations adhering to Microsoft best practices.
  • Integrate Business Central with third-party applications via APIs, web services (SOAP/ODATA), and Azure functions.
  • Handle data migration using configuration packages, RapidStart Services, and custom import routines.
  • Work with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments, including debugging in Visual Studio Code.
  • Write technical documentation, including architecture design, technical specifications, and deployment guides.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Skills Required


• Strong hands-on experience in AL development for Dynamics 365 Business Central.


• Previous experience with C/AL in Dynamics NAV is a strong plus.


• Proficient in API development, integration, and web services (REST/SOAP/ODATA).


• Strong understanding of BC data model, table extensions, page customizations, and permissions.


• Experience with report development using RDLC and Word layout.


• Familiarity with Azure Services, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).


• Knowledge of SQL Server, Jet Reports, or Excel-based reporting (optional).


• Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, and managing Dev/Test/Prod pipelines.
