Amritsar, Punjab, India Amandeep Medicity hospital Full time

· Install, operate, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems including split ACs, package units, and central HVAC systems.

· Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems in critical areas such as OT, ICU, NICU, Emergency, wards, and labs.

· Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality parameters as per hospital standards.

· Perform preventive maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and exhaust systems.

· Replace filters, belts, motors, compressors, and other HVAC components as required.

· Attend HVAC breakdowns on priority, especially in patient care areas.

· Maintain records of HVAC maintenance, breakdowns, and daily log sheets.

· Ensure compliance with infection control, NABH, and safety standards.

· Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and inspections.

· Follow safety procedures while handling refrigerants and electrical components.

· Support energy-saving initiatives and efficient system operation.

· Be available for shift duties and emergency call-outs.
