We are seeking a proven Telesales Manager to spearhead our real estate inside sales function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll build, inspire, and drive a high-performance telesales team that converts leads into loyal clients. What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and scale a telesales team to consistently achieve targets.
  • Design winning scripts, pitches, and strategies tailored to real estate buyers.
  • Monitor performance metrics daily; analyze data to optimize conversions.
  • Handle client escalations with confidence and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales for seamless lead nurturing.
  • Present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of proven telesales success, with minimum 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and customer behavior.
  • A motivator: excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/telesales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Leadsquared, Zoho, etc.).
  • Sharp communication skills — persuasive, confident, and fluent in English/Hindi.
  • Target-driven with a hustler mindset — thrives under pressure and loves winning.
