Job Title - ADA coding intern

Location: Remote (Work from Home – Pan India)

Job Type: Internship (Immediate Joining)

Stipend: ₹30,000 – ₹34,000 per month

Bond: No Bond Required

We are inviting applications from students and recent graduates with a strong foundation in computer science and a proven passion for coding:

B.E./B.Tech – Computer Science / Information Technology

BCA / MCA

Important: Only candidates with verifiable competitive coding experience will be considered.

Resumes must include relevant profile links (e.g., GitHub, CodeChef, LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, etc.).

Applications without such references may not be shortlisted.

Roles and Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code using C, C++, Java, C#, or Python.

Design and develop coding challenges on core and advanced computer science topics including:

Data Structures: Arrays, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs

Algorithms: Sorting, Searching, Dynamic Programming (e.g., Knapsack)

Define well-structured programming problems with clear constraints and expected time/space complexities.

Conduct thorough quality assurance to ensure problems meet academic and technical standards.

Customize and fine-tune coding assessments based on client-specific competencies and needs.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content relevance, accuracy, and appropriate difficulty levels.

Keep pace with current trends in competitive programming, assessment frameworks, and emerging technologies.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

0–3 years of relevant experience in:

Coding challenge or assessment development

Problem creation for technical competitions (preferred)

Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and core programming principles.

Familiarity with competitive programming platforms such as:

Codeforces, LeetCode, HackerRank, HackerEarth, etc.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication, time management, and self-discipline.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

CCDSAP certification

Participation in recognized contests like ACM-ICPC, Google Kick Start, etc.

Understanding of AI/ML or Data Science concepts

Academic Requirement: Minimum 70% aggregate throughout academics
