Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and control PSA Hydrogen Plant equipment and processes as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Carry out start-up, shutdown, and safe operation of hydrogen generation, purification, and compression systems.
  • Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, gas purity, alarms, safety systems) and maintain accurate operation logs.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of plant equipment, valves, and instruments; coordinate with the maintenance team as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including enforcing PPE and safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in smooth shift handovers and communicate any deviations or unusual events.
  • Follow all company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures, and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or equivalent field.
  • Basic understanding of instrumentation, mechanical systems, and industrial safety norms.

Contract Terms

  • Tenure: 2-year fixed-term contract (renewal based on performance and company requirements).
  • Working Hours / Shifts: As per plant operations; may include rotating shifts, standby duty, weekends, or overtime as required.
  • Responsibilities and reporting structure will follow the directives of the Plant Supervisor / Engineer in charge.

Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
