Education & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate sales/business development.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Real Estate Management preferred.
Position Overview
The Vice President – Sales will spearhead the sales operations for residential and commercial real estate projects across the Punjab region. The role demands a strong business leader with extensive experience in real estate sales, market expansion, client relationship management, and brand visibility enhancement. The ideal candidate will drive revenue, manage a high-performing team, and build strategic partnerships to ensure continuous business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales for residential and commercial project portfolios.
- Identify new market opportunities to expand revenue channels.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of the sales team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with HNIs, NRIs, brokers, channel partners, and institutional clients.
2. Brand Building & Marketing
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement impactful marketing campaigns.
- Enhance project brand positioning to attract premium buyers.
- Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives to improve conversions and lead quality.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ensure smooth pre- and post-sales customer engagement through CRM best practices.
- Handle customer queries with proactive communication and timely resolution.
- Improve customer retention through loyalty-driven engagements and experience management.
4. Strategy & Market Insights
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to refine sales positioning.
- Share periodic strategic updates and recommendations with leadership.
- Ensure product mix aligns with customer demand across pricing, design, and size.
5. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with legal, finance, CRM, marketing, and execution teams for seamless delivery.
- Strengthen partnerships with brokers, IPCs, channel partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance including RERA, documentation accuracy, and audit requirements.
