Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Structural Engineer
to join our team. The role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of safe, durable, and cost-effective structures in line with industry standards, project specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and approve structural designs, drawings, and calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and site engineers to ensure design intent is met during construction.
  • Conduct structural analysis using appropriate engineering software and tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve on-site construction challenges.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Prepare material specifications and ensure optimal utilization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all structural works.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Structural Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes and relevant international standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
