Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head based in Bengaluru. The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of branch offices within a designated cluster. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, fostering relationships with partner banks, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, and leading a team to achieve business goals. The Cluster Head will also collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills - Experience in leading teams and managing branch operations
• Sales and Business Development skills - Ability to set targets and drive sales performance
• Relationship Management skills - Strong interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with partner banks and clients
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge - Familiarity with regulatory policies in the insurance sector
• Strategic Planning skills - Capability to develop and implement strategic business plans
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
