What You'll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients (U.S. & Canada)

Coordinate with doctors across specialties – Cardiology, Family Medicine, Pediatrics & more

Support care coordination, patient communication, and follow-ups

Represent our organization in professional client discussions

Work across EST & PST time zones for seamless support
