Role Summary:

The ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst will be responsible for conducting endtoend assessments of thirdparty vendors to ensure compliance with Broadridges governance and risk management standards. This role involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams such as Legal, Procurement, and IT Security to evaluate vendor risks and document control effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings a strong risk mindset, analytical ability, and foundational understanding of vendor governance frameworks within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing risk assessments of thirdparty vendors in line with the organizations TPRM policies.
  • Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, and IT Security to ensure proper risk evaluation and vendor compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all assessments, findings, and risk ratings within the TPRM platform.
  • Review and analyze vendor documents such as SOC reports, information security questionnaires, and compliance certifications.
  • Track and report on identified risks, remediation progress, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Assist in process documentation, audits, and internal reviews to strengthen operational controls.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and maturity of the TPRM process.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in ThirdParty Risk Management, IT Risk, Compliance, or Vendor Governance.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with GRC or TPRM tools preferred; knowledge of ProcessUnity is an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
