Microsoft DynamicsFunctional Sr Consultant The role incumbent will be part of the team responsible for end-to-end delivery of management consulting project or advisory projects or implementation projects with Deloitte Consulting US India. This would require the incumbent to assume leadership and facilitate discussions with the client to gather business requirements, define the problem concisely based on the requirement and hypothesize the proposed solution, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution and support the business development activities of the firm. This role involves close collaboration with cross functional client stakeholders, IT teams, Business stakeholders and finance professionals across levels. Workyouwill do: - Microsoft Functional Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of business processes across Finance & Operations - Learn and understand clients' business requirements and design, build, configure, test and support the Financial and Operations system. - Expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till post go-live support. - Collaborate effectively across teams, supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive and proactive approach even in challenging situations. - Create custom reports as required, Assist integration team in integration design and testing. - Perform testing, deployment, and report on progress of the various tasks during phases of the project. - Define delivery approaches and adhere to those to ensure quality and reuse. - Participate in creating new innovative solutions that help in overall delivery of the projects. TheTeam: EERPS offering serves across Advice, Plan & Implement Cloud ERP solutions such as Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday with built in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team is an integral part from pursuits to engagement lifecycle delivery and specializes in Financials and Supply Chain transformations along with implementing planning Solution across Industries with deep expertise in technology & domain. RequiredExperience: - 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience - Implementation experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP systems - A minimum of 1 full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations - Proficiency in multiple business processes: o Procure-to-Pay o Order-to-Cash o General Ledger o Fixed Asset Management o Budgeting o Grants and Awards o Operations - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) - Strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. - Understanding of cloud based SAAS and PAAS market offerings.
