Sales Co-ordinator

A Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations within a company. This role involves a combination of administrative, communication, and organizational tasks to facilitate effective sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary details are captured, and the orders are entered into the system promptly.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to provide order updates, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations, as well as maintaining sales databases and records.

Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for sales managers and executives.
