Location: Chennai/Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • Draft clear and concise reports, demonstrating strong communication skills in English.
  • Collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess mastery of the MS Office suite and relevant architectural software.
  • Manage deadlines effectively and prioritize multiple tasks with a strong sense of organization.
  • Focus on energy efficiency initiatives, utilizing building energy simulation software (particularly eQuest).
  • Conduct regular site visits, documenting compliance with green building rating systems like LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA (photographs required).
  • Demonstrate willingness for occasional travel across India.
  • Contribute to the firm's portfolio of projects under LEED, IGBC, and EDGE certifications, including existing projects.
  • During site visits, guide stakeholders on the implementation of green building measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on sustainability is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sustainability-related field.
  • Proven track record of recent experience in sustainability demonstrated.
  • Possession of GRIHA CP, Evaluator & Trainer, LEED AP, or IGBC AP certifications is highly desirable (but not mandatory).
  • Working experience in eQuest will be preferred.
