Slimming Manager

The Slimming Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the slimming department, guiding clients on weight management programs, ensuring service quality, and leading the slimming team to achieve results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' health, body composition, and slimming needs.
• Create and monitor personalized slimming and diet plans.
• Supervise slimming therapists, dieticians, and support staff.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
• Track progress and provide regular reviews for clients.
• Achieve slimming department sales and service targets.
• Maintain clinic standards, hygiene, and compliance with company protocols.
• Provide training, motivation, and performance monitoring for the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Physiotherapy or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in slimming/weight management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of dietetics, therapies, and wellness practices.
• Goal-oriented with ability to drive results.

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
