  • Oversee day-to-day management and operations of the girls' hostel.
  • Maintain records of hostel residents, attendance, and room allocations.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of hostel infrastructure, furniture, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Monitor kitchen, dining, and other facilities for quality and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
  • Address and resolve grievances of residents in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with students to discuss issues, feedback, and improvements.
  • Maintain records of room allocations, student attendance, complaints, and maintenance logs.
  • Prepare monthly reports on hostel operations, discipline, and issues. Other Requirements:
  • Female candidates only.
  • Should be willing to reside within the hostel premises.
  • Must be compassionate, disciplined, and able to handle young adults with care and firmness.

Experience in educational institutions (preferably textile or technical institutes) is an advantage,Hindhi Language is Mandatory
