SUMMARY

Summary

As an Application Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and configuring applications using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). With a strong focus on collaboration and strategic planning, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, and applications are developed to meet the needs of stakeholders effectively and efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of PLSQL, database concepts, and software development life cycle methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
  • Develop and test PLSQL code to ensure high-quality applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug PLSQL code to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLSQL and related technologies to ensure the development of cutting-edge applications.
  • Run and understand basic SQL queries to update and manipulate data.
  • Assist in generating routine reports and dashboards.
  • Support data validation and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements.
  • Document query logic and maintain data dictionaries.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must - Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).

  • Good - to - Have Skills

  • Experience with Google BigQuery.

  • Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.

  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

  • Proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).

  • Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

  • Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
