Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute material planning strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply of RM/PM.
- Run and monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) cycles to generate procurement and replenishment plans.
- Conduct inventory analysis to optimize stock levels, minimize working capital, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of RM/PM.
- Monitor demand vs. supply gaps and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track supplier performance and escalate risks related to material shortages or delays.
- Generate and analyze reports related to inventory, consumption trends, and forecast accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and supply chain efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Material Planning, MRP, and Inventory Management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others).
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
