About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with strong

functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate should possess

a deep understanding of procurement and inventory management processes and their integration

within SAP. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements,

design efficient solutions, and ensure seamless operation of SAP MM functionalities across various

environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP MM modules including Procurement (P2P), Inventory

Management, and Logistics Invoice Verification.

  • Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions aligned with organizational processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, and WM) for integration and end-to- end business process mapping.

  • Prepare and execute test scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Manage master data related to materials, vendors, purchasing info records, and source lists.

  • Resolve day-to-day production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption and effective incident management.

  • Support SAP MM upgrades, enhancements, and rollout projects.

  • Develop and maintain documentation including configuration guides, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.

  • Train end users and provide post-implementation support for SAP MM modules.

  • Work with technical teams to develop custom solutions, reports, and enhancements as per business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM implementation, support, or rollout projects

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and vendor processes

  • Proficient in MM configuration and integration with FI/CO, SD, and PP modules

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle and issue resolution

  • Skilled in preparing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP teams

  • Exposure to S/4HANA MM (Fiori apps, Central Procurement) preferred

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
