Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Django to join our growing tech team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for clean and efficient code, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment. Experience with FastAPI and Flask is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work on RESTful API development and optimization.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and project planning.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and core libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with Django (at least 2 years).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with ORMs, authentication, middleware, and Django admin customization.
  • Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Version control using Git.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and debugging tools.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with FastAPI and/or Flask.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Postman, Celery, and Redis.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for API integration with frontend.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Python web development.
