We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day factory operations within our façade company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of facades along with proven leadership skills to manage production teams and ensure timely, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the facade fabrication workshop.
  • Ensure production schedules are met with high standards of quality and safety.
  • Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and fabrication details.
  • Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and ensure availability.
  • Maintain machinery and equipment in coordination team.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process.
  • Prepare daily production reports and update management on progress.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in façade / aluminum & glass fabrication.
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising factory teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
