SentientGeeks is looking for a highly skilled Magento Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Magento 2.x
  • Strong command of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Solid experience with PHP and backend development.
  • Proficiency with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party systems.
  • Working knowledge of Apache web server configuration and deployment.
  • Strong experience with web development tools such as Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail with good English communication skill

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce websites and applications using Magento 2.x
  • Implement responsive UI/UX designs with a mobile-first approach.
  • Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, shipping APIs, and plugins.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and overall user experience.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations.
  • Monitor site performance, analytics, and conversion metrics to drive improvements.
  • Ensure security best practices, data protection, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and web development.
