Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Client Relations Executive with excellent communication and presentation skills to support the sales team and ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and the internal team, handling coordination, client servicing, and relationship management with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales records, and client communication logs.
  • Support business development activities through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Contribute to sales meetings, presentations, and networking events with confidence and professionalism.
  • Monitor client feedback and escalate issues to the concerned teams for timely resolution.
  • Generate and analyze reports on client engagement and sales performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant personality with the ability to create a positive client impression.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or business development preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and team-oriented.
