Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Risk Management (ORM) Specialist based in Jaipur. Primary responsibilities include identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks within the organization. The ORM Specialist will develop and implement effective risk management frameworks, conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with policies, and provide recommendations to minimize risks. The role also involves preparing and maintaining risk reports and collaborating with relevant teams to foster a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, and manage operational risks effectively.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing risk management frameworks, monitoring risk performance, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of policy compliance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- High proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to help evaluate risks and propose solutions effectively.
- Experience in the financial or housing finance industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; certifications in risk management are a plus.
