We are looking for a talented JD Edwards Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 with strong knowledge of Order Management, Logistics, and P2P/O2C processes. You will work closely with customers, understand their requirements, and deliver robust technical solutions in an onsite-offshore model.

Role Level: B2 / Senior Consultant

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Experience: 4 - 7 Years

Shift: Rotational (including Night Shifts, 247 support)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications.
  • Design and maintain JDE Orchestrator-based integrations to automate workflows with internal/external systems.

  • Provide functional and technical support for:

  • Order Management (Pricing, Taxation, Materials, Inventory, Stores)

  • Logistics, P2P, and O2C processes

  • AR/AP modules, Advanced Pricing, and Transportation

  • Work directly with customers to analyze issues, provide solutions, and implement enhancements.

  • Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to deliver successful implementations and support projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between JDE and third-party software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 - 7 years of experience as a JD Edwards Technical Consultant.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 (Development & Support)

  • PL/SQL
  • JDE Orchestrator Studio

  • BSSV Services, JDE Architecture

  • Experience in Implementation, Support, and Upgrade projects.

  • Domain knowledge in Process & Discrete Manufacturing, Logistics, P2P, O2C.
  • Good understanding of AR/AP, Advanced Pricing, and Transportation modules.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and handle customers independently.
  • I-Series knowledge (advantageous).
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night support.
