Job SummaryThe Loan Officer – Mobile Finance is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, processing, and monitoring micro-loan applications through mobile platforms. This role involves fieldwork, customer education on digital lending, verifying documents, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring timely collections and repayments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard potential borrowers for mobile-based loans in assigned areas.
  • Educate customers on digital loan products, terms, repayment schedules, and mobile usage.
  • Assist customers in completing digital applications and KYC through mobile apps.
  • Verify customer documents and conduct field visits when required.
  • Evaluate applicants' financial status and repayment capacity based on set criteria.
  • Submit loan proposals for approval via mobile/CRM system.
  • Follow up on disbursements, collections, and delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and customer communications.
  • Promote financial literacy and digital banking practices in local communities.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly loan disbursement and collection targets.
