Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester with strong expertise in ERP software testing (both Finance and Non-Finance modules). The candidate should have a solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing, UAT, performance, and usability testing, with hands-on experience in working with clients, JIRA, and ticket management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end manual testing of ERP applications (Finance & Non-Finance modules).
• Conduct Functional, Non-Functional, UAT, Performance, and Usability Testing.
• Understand client business requirements and workflows, and validate system behaviour accordingly.
• Prepare and execute detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Participate in client KT sessions and ensure complete functional understanding of the modules.
• Validate ERP workflows, configurations, and reports to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement in testing practices and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
