Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Jaipur. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, providing information about our services, and gathering customer feedback. The Caller will also work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using telecommunication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
