About Us:ATI Global is a growing textile and garment sourcing company working with over 200 factories across India. We are expanding into digital fabric printing and are looking for a dedicated specialist to help us set up and execute our first integrated printing facility in Chennai, including pre-treatment and post-treatment units.

⸻Job Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Printing Specialist to lead the end-to-end setup and execution of our textile digital printing unit. This role requires technical expertise in textile printing processes, machinery, and production planning. ⸻Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and finalize the layout plan for the digital printing facility
  • Recommend and assist in procuring digital printing machines (Mimaki, Atexco, MS, Epson, etc.)
  • Guide setup of pre-treatment (coating, drying) and post-treatment (steaming, washing, curing) units
  • Oversee installation and calibration of machines
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pre-printing, printing, and finishing
  • Conduct test runs, sampling, and quality control processes
  • Recruit, train, and supervise machine operators and support staff
  • Work closely with the design and production team to meet sampling and bulk production goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms⸻Key Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or Printing Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in textile digital printing (preferably reactive/pigment/disperse printing)
  • Proven experience in setting up a digital printing plant
  • Strong understanding of chemical treatment processes, color calibration, and fabric behavior
  • Experience in working with woven, knitted, and blended fabrics
  • Ability to handle vendor negotiations, machinery evaluations, and team training
  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset⸻Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience with eco-friendly or water-based digital printing technologies
  • Previously worked on turnkey printing projects
  • Knowledge of international quality standards and textile certifications⸻Salary & Engagement:
