We're currently on the lookout for a Graphic Designer
to work together with our Marketing, Content, Business Development and Product Management teams to help increase our marketing activities & Product Activities. The role is set for scaling up to Chief Technical Officer. This is therefore a role for an ambitious career seeker in the fintech space.

The role requires the candidate to:

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

○ Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of digital and print mediums including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.

○ Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual elements.

Collaborative Projects:

○ Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

○ Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Content Creation:

○ Design graphics for product packaging, promotional materials, and other brand-related content.

○ Develop infographics, icons, and illustrations to enhance content across platforms.

Quality Assurance:

○ Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards and meet project objectives.

○ Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy before final production.

Project Management:

○
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

○ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with digital design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.

Design Expertise:

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including branding, digital and print design. Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles. Ability to design with user experience and brand consistency in mind.
