Details
Experience: minimum 6 months (Candidates with fiber splicing experience preferred, but training will be provided)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month (based on experience)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 9.30 PM (Mon–Sat)
Type of Work: Fieldwork + site visits

Responsibilities
Perform optical fiber fusion/mechanical splicing
Conduct OTDR and power meter testing, prepare reports
Cable laying, duct/tray management, and site installations
Troubleshooting and repairing fiber faults
Follow safety guidelines at all times
---
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with fusion splicer (preferred)
Basic knowledge of OTDR and power meter usage
Precision and attention to detail in fiber handling
Willingness to work in the field and on-site conditions

Qualification
Minimum 12th / ITI / Diploma (Electronics / Telecom preferred)
Freshers with interest in fiber work will be trained
