About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hyperion Consultant (SME) with over 4 years of hands-on experience in application development and support, specifically within the Hyperion EPM Product Suite. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise performance management systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support to business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead and support application development and maintenance activities within the Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
• Design and implement complex and optimised Calculation Manager rules and calculation scripts.
• Develop and maintain Hyperion Forms, Task Lists, menus, and Smart Lists to support business processes.
• Provide expert-level support and guidance on Smart View usage for business reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective EPM solutions.
• Support L2 activities including incident management, change management, and problem investigation.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and user issues related to project and support activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What skills you need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in application development and support within the Hyperion EPM Product Suite.
• Proven expertise in writing complex Calculation Manager rules and calculation scripts.
• Strong experience in developing Hyperion Forms, Task Lists, menus, and Smart Lists.
• In-depth knowledge of Smart View and its application in business environments.
• Working knowledge of FDMEE and ODI is desirable.
• Must have experience in Hyperion Planning/EPBCS.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly incident, change, and problem management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
