Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Counsellor with strong expertise in Europe student counselling. The ideal candidate will lead the counselling team, ensure quality guidance to students, and contribute to organizational growth through strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the student counselling team.

Provide accurate and updated guidance on European universities, courses, and visa processes.

Conduct training sessions for counsellors to improve performance.

Develop and implement counselling strategies to increase conversions.

Coordinate with university representatives and maintain strong institutional relationships.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and counselling quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of real-time experience in Europe student counselling.

Strong knowledge of admission, documentation, and visa procedures for European countries.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to handle multiple counselling projects efficiently.

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Work from Office)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
