Role Overview: As a member of the Trust & Safety team at Google, you will be responsible for identifying and tackling significant challenges that impact the safety and integrity of Google products. Your role will involve utilizing your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, user insights, and effective communication to safeguard users and partners from abuse across various Google products such as Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You will collaborate globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to detect and combat abuse and fraud cases promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate fraud and abuse incidents to identify patterns and trends for developing comprehensive risk management solutions. - Assess the risk and vulnerability of products and features, and implement strategies to mitigate fraud and abuse effectively. - Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to address priority escalations during non-standard work hours, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in project management, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. - 2 years of experience in data analysis, including trend identification, summary statistics generation, and insights extraction from quantitative and qualitative data. - Master's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred. - 2 years of experience with SQL, R, Python, or C . - 2 years of experience with machine learning systems. - Ability to identify workflow pain points, optimize, automate, and scale processes. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
