Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in IOT products verification and validation
- Hands-on experience with IoT devices testing
- Familiarity with Web service/API testing tools like SOAP UI and Postman
- Knowledge of basic protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, MQTT, and network monitoring tools like Wireshark
- Expertise in browser and device compatibility testing
- Strong grasp of testing principles, concepts, and techniques
- Experience in continuous integration and delivery environments
- Ability to create Test Metrics for status reporting
- Proficiency in using test management tools for recording results and managing defects
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, offering technical guidance and career development support
- Develop and implement test strategies for embedded IoT devices
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks for hardware-software integration testing
- Analyze test results to enhance product quality
- Lead debugging efforts for complex system issues
- Collaborate with product management to establish quality metrics and acceptance criteria
- Manage test lab infrastructure and testing environments
