Key Responsibilities
Installation and Setup: Install and configure photocopiers, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair photocopiers to minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with photocopiers, including paper jams, toner issues, and mechanical problems.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, explaining photocopier usage and troubleshooting techniques to customers.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in servicing office equipment, particularly photocopiers, is preferred.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of photocopier mechanics, electronics, and software.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and parts.
