Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Okta Developer with a strong background in identity management, application integration, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Okta configurations, authentication workflows, and backend development.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Okta administration and configuration
(or 5+ years in other identity and access management tools) - Full-stack development experience using technologies such as React, APIs, GraphQL, and backends (NodeJS, Drupal, etc.)
- Proficient in JavaScript or Python
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum preferred; Kanban acceptable)
Preferred Skills:
- Okta Professional or Okta Developer Certification
- Hands-on experience with Auth0
- DevOps experience with tools like Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform
- Experience using Jira for project tracking
- Familiarity with XENA or willingness to learn internal J&J processes
Bonus Skills:
- AWS experience (especially S3 setup and management)
