Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as HR & Marketing Coordinators. This role blends human resources, digital marketing, and client collaboration, offering freshers and MBA graduates the chance to launch their careers in a structured growth environment.
This is primarily a remote position, but candidates must be open to occasional travel for recruitment drives, client meetings, and promotional events (all expenses covered).
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Support
Assist in recruitment drives, interviews, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Maintain HR documentation, records, and basic compliance.
Coordinate employee training and skill development programs.
Participate in campus recruitment & career fairs.
Digital Marketing
Manage and schedule social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Create and publish blogs, newsletters, and graphics.
Update and maintain WordPress websites (content, SEO, plugins).
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads, and SEO tools.
Client Sales & Collaboration
