JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair food processing equipment, machinery, and piping systems

  • Routine Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment

  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair faults in equipment and machinery

  • Safety Compliance: Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with food safety regulations

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient equipment operation

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

  • Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of pneumatic cylinders, gearboxes, solenoid valves, and their operations, as well as hydraulic and plumbing works.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (mechanical/electrical fitting).
  • Diploma/ITI Electrical or B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, plumbing, and mechanical/electrical principles.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
