Job Type: Full-time (Fresher eligible)

Pay: ₹12,000 per month (take-home) for 30 days working (PF & ESIC deducted as per law; net ₹12,000)

About the Role

We are hiring Security Guards for our client's factory at RML-3, Gokulpur. The role involves gate control, patrolling, log maintenance, and basic safety/discipline at post.

Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts, rotational – Morning / Day / Night
  • 30-day working roster for the shown net pay
  • On-site accommodation: Company-provided room (inside factory)
  • Food: Self (factory monthly canteen available)

Eligibility (Must Have)

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th pass
  • Minimum Height: 5'7"
  • Physically fit and willing to work rotational shifts
  • Residence distance: Only candidates living 60 km or more away from RML-3, Gokulpur
  • Documents: Aadhar, PAN, Bank details, 4 passport photos, last qualification marksheet/certificate
