Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer (CCNA Certified) to manage our organization's IT and telecommunication infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee network operations, ensure connectivity uptime, and maintain telecom systems across multiple locations. This role demands technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to operate efficiently under defined SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate with ISPs for uninterrupted Internet, MPLS, SIM, and Data Card connectivity.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and EPBX systems across Andheri, Mahape, and Bangalore offices.
  • Ensure LAN/WAN stability, implement network policies, and maintain updated configuration backups.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network performance issues efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly network and telecom performance reports with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with corporate IT teams to implement policy updates, security standards, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, logs, and SOPs for telecom and network systems.
  • Proactively escalate and resolve critical service issues to ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & Telecommunication management.
  • CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) –

  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Fortinet or Cisco devices and familiarity with ITIL processes is preferred.
