About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer with strong exposure to industrial construction projects such as Filtration Plants (ECR), Integrated Steel Plants, DRI Plants, Pellet Plants, Sinter Plants, Coke Oven Plants, Blast Furnace Projects, and other heavy industrial units. The candidate must be capable of handling site execution, contractor management, measurement, and quality/safety compliance independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise civil works at industrial project sites, including foundations, structures, equipment foundations, pedestals, pipe racks, cable trenches, RCC works and finishing works.
  • Ensure daily site planning, labour allocation, and work progress tracking as per project schedule.
  • Interpret technical drawings, structural GFC drawings, BOQs and specifications and ensure work is executed accordingly.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and fabrication teams for smooth cross-functional execution.
  • Conduct site measurements, billing support, DPR (Daily Progress Report), MPR (Monthly Progress Report) and documentation.
  • Monitor contractor productivity, manage subcontractors and ensure optimal resource utilisation.
  • Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and site housekeeping standards as per company and client norms.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and project managers for inspections, approvals and site planning.
  • Ensure WBS, QAP, ITP, Method Statements and ISO/Safety norms are followed at site.
  • Support in material reconciliation, consumption records and inventory monitoring.

Eligibility & Experience

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Industrial Construction Projects (Steel / Metal / Power / Heavy Industry preferred)
  • Must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
  • Filtration Plant (ECR) DRI Plant Pellet Plant Coke Oven & By-Product Plant Blast Furnace Sinter Plant Integrated Steel Plant Works
  • Ability to manage site independently with strong technical and execution skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, DPR/MIS reporting, BOQ & Billing
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
