Your Impact:
As a Lead Account Development , you will play a dual role; driving your own sales pipeline, while also mentoring and supporting other Account Development Executives. Operating in the US shift, you'll engage with global prospects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall growth of the India Center of Excellence (CoE). This role offers a strong career growth path, with opportunities for leadership coaching and hands-on mentorship experience.
What the Role Offers:
- Achieve individual KPIs including qualified pipeline generation, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to other Account Development Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Monitor team activity metrics, identify improvement areas, and contribute to process optimization.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure best practices across all sales development tools.
What you Need to Succeed:
- 8–10 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in inbound and outbound sales development or B2B demand generation.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales development KPIs in a global or US market context.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Salesloft, Lusha, and related prospecting tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring or supporting ADE teams.
- Highly driven, proactive, and motivated to grow into a sales leadership or team lead role.
