Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to join our team on a contract, remote. The ideal candidate will excel in constructing insightful data visualizations and possess hands-on experience in Tableau development, as well as expertise with SQL, Snowflake, and data warehousing, which are mandatory skills for this role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in developing interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Mandatory skill: Proficiency in SQL for efficient data query and management, essential for database integration and data retrieval.
  • Mandatory skill: Deep understanding of Snowflake for data storage solutions, ensuring scalability and flexibility in data management.
  • Mandatory skill: Strong foundation in data warehousing concepts to streamline data flow across systems.
  • Experience with integrating Tableau with multiple data sources, enhancing data accessibility and usability across platforms.
  • Capability to design and implement complex data models with an emphasis on performance optimization and data accuracy.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between data solutions and business goals.
  • Required skill: Hands-on experience in Tableau development, creating both ad-hoc reports and scheduled analytics.
