Role Overview
Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Executive to manage end-to-end warehouse operations for our BESS integration facility. The role covers receipts, binning, traceability, cycle counts, dispatches, and compliance with customs/IE rules, ensuring safe and efficient handling of high-value renewable energy components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage warehouse operations: receiving, GRN, binning, barcoding, dispatch.
* Implement FIFO/FEFO, 5S, traceability, and space optimization.
* Conduct cycle counts, audits, and RCA/CAPA for variances.
* Coordinate logistics, packaging, customs clearance, import-export compliance.
* Ensure EHS, ESD & hazmat safety standards.
* Liaise with Procurement, Quality, Production, and Auditors for project readiness.
* Publish warehouse KPIs & support S&OP/MRP planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Materials Mgmt.
* 4–7 years in warehouse/store management (renewables/electricals/BESS).
* Strong knowledge of customs clearance, import/export rules, and compliance.
* ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Zoho); strong Excel skills.
* Digital Signature Certificate holder (mandatory).
Desirable Skills:
* Team leadership & staff training.
* Process discipline & audit readiness.
* Knowledge of ESD, hazmat handling, and lithium-ion safety.
* Strong stakeholder coordination & problem-solving.
